old school Jpop-MTV wibbling
mr. children makes the best effin' music videos. the song "kimi ga suki" has one of my favorite MTVs EVER. every time i catch this on cable i sit down, watch, and start going all sentimental.
and right after 4 supremely compelling mr. children vids, what do i see? A VID OF "I LOVE YOU" BY OZAKI YUTAKA. AND IT'S THE BEST EFFIN' PERFORMANCE EVER. please let it be known that it is through petronia's kindness that i first heard the live version of the song "i love you," and fell deeply in love with it after a few listens.
i still wish i could come up with a fic about this song. the jadedness about it strikes me as a very future-sanayuki thing...
anyhoo. was so jazzed by the vid that i finished a sketch. a sketchy sketch, done in less than an hour. and totally unrelated to the vid. am posting it here because this is a strange and sultry night...
...though i know i should have waited until i've slept before fixing up the image, then posting.
i don't really have time to ink or color most of my stuff. and i still dunno how to use a damn tablet.
but to make up for apparent stupidity, will highly likely delete this image from the post early tomorrow. out of shame.

edit edit: decided to keep the image. there's everything wrong with it, especially with the hand and arm, but foolhardiness reigns supreme here. you don't question the brick wall.
