okay, i thought i was done squeeing in my comment to makeste's spoiler post, but APPARENTLY NOT.

• feel free to call me weird, but i think THIS, right here, is one of his most badass shots. kind of because of the datarrhea (no such word), but mostly because of the pretty EYE.
  
  you know how the "haya" of hayato means "peregrine falcon," right? which explains the hair XD i meant to say, i think it's only fitting that he should have the most piercing, discerning eyes of all the guardians - if not everyone in the whole dang series. the artists should show closeups of his pretty pretty eyes more often!
  
  (in case i haven't fangirled about it yet: i also like how he wears reading glasses sometimes. the "farsighted" theory holds for this particular falcon, and it's... such a charm point XD)
  
  
• and omg gokkun capitalizing on his brains, not on his burning desire to impress the tenth/upstage the baseball freak XD XD i really, really want to see him go up against shouichi now T___T
  
  
• can gamma get away from 5 wave rings operating at once? I DON'T THINK SO. so i foresee an easy win for gokudera. which is fine, because i'm plenty satisfied with this chapter.
  
  
• ...although surprise butts- wait elements that would make things more interesting is always welcome. like gamma's foxes leaping out to screw with the sistema C.A.I. or backup suddenly arriving. and with ryohei still out of commission, OH NOEZ. IT'S UP TO URI TO SAVE THE DAY AGAIN!
  
  
• uri, incidentally, is the tsundere's tsundere. and yet he's seme. obviously, someone needs to take lessons from the cat XD;
  
  
• interesting thing i stumbled across on the narutofan.com forums: "The only Boxes Gokudera aren't using (either because he can't or he doesn't have them) are Sky and Mist." it seems he's opened all the boxes already, though, except for the one that housed uri. so it's reasonable to believe he's currently going at gamma with everything he's got.
  
  does mist even have a box? has it been seen at any point? (was it used by 10yl!mukuro?)
