It's getting very difficult to do anything at this point, but I'm glad I have help in organizing everything. If we keep it small and don't depend too much on any one factor all should be well. The only thing that I would make sure you guys have is rides. Just so no one's stuck anywhere. Rides to, rides from; rides.
Other than that, bring some grubbage and any games/movies and all should be kick ass.
