Welcome! I've got a dual purpose post for you today.
First, I've got some pictures of the new Max Factory 1/7 Megurine Luka. She's so beautiful I can't stop just looking at her and smiling.
Second, I'm going to post my favorite Luka songs, because she needs more love and her voice can do really great things. I'm not going to include the really common songs with her like Magnet or Just Be Friends, as a side note. I'm hoping to show everyone some new music today.

This is Fall Into the Invisible Black (the uploader's translation is wrong) by Kaoling, featuring Luka and Nekomura Iroha. Before this I'd never heard any songs with Iroha that I liked. All of Kaoling's music has a sound like this, very rich and multilayered, just a lot going on in general. I have her CD and it's really magnificent.

Suffocation, a nice dark offering from Yuyoyuppe. It's got this marvelous low wavering sound underneath those heavy beats that I really like. This one has her singing in English, which I'll admit she's not the best at (she can be a little hard to understand) but it's a nice sort of metal/techno fusion.

9 is by AVTechNO! and I love everything he does. It's pure techno with a really aggressive sound. AVTechNO! does a lot of variations on similar themes and produces a LOT of music. I have several other Luka songs by him but I'm trying to stick to one song per artist.

Corruption Garden by Caz really lets Luka's voice shine. Her vocals are crisp and clear (especially considering that Luka has no appends like Miku or the Kagamine twins) and the slick, fast-paced PV is just the icing on the cake. This one's a bit more well known, but it's an exemplary example of what you can do with vocaloids and vicious shredding guitars.

Russian Roulette by OfutaP is a slinky, jazzy number that has some of the sexiest art of Luka I've ever seen. I'd LOVE a figure based on this PV. Her vocals here are pretty clear, although there's a bit of Engrish going on in the chorus...if you aren't bothered by that though, it's an interesting song and definitely something you don't see all the time.
That's all for now~
