Heh heh I got my neighbours evicted
With a little help from the fellah up the back who we've chatted to several times. And the people on the other side of them as well. We all hammered the real estate with written complaints, and then the property manager called me and said "They're in their breach period now, are they still making noise?" (they'd had a 4 hour argument starting at 5:30 in the morning the day before) "because if you make another written complaint, they're out" and she strongly implied that it would be for the best if I did (they wanted them out too, but they needed the follow up complaint during the breach period). So I did and so did the neighbour and so did the dudes on the other side of them.
Now someone else has moved in and he's quiet as. It's just awesome.
Not much to report....a little bit bored...I may go to JB's. Even though I went on Wednesday, I think I'll go again today.
Crap at work - my team leader won't let me apply for another job in a department I really want to go for and it'd be a promotion too (plus I'm practically guaranteed the job). So instead I have to sit in Investigations, calling employers and saying "gee, dumbshit, you underpaid us, or you overpaid us, here, have a letter". It was alright when I was doing the unallocated report - I liked that. But the unders and overs are arsey and the financial rejects are boring and repetitive.
Going to see Dylan Moran in about 3 weeks - or just under...maybe 2. Anyway.
And Ross Noble in May or June
it's all terrifically exciting.
I'd love to see Ed Byrne as well but I couldn't be arsed making reservations at the Sit Down Comedy Club.
Kris, Kris, where are you my little pigeon ;p
Hope things are well.
ANYHOO....that's it for me. Peace out.
Oh no it's not
I have a myspace now too
I think the address is www.myspace.com/mierka. Yes. That's me. Exciting, no?
