You're pummeling an opponent who's not fighting back
Let me just say that I am trying so damn hard to be optimistic about house and how the rest of the season plays out. It's no longer about whether or not huddy stays together, tbh. It's about the essence of their interactions and how it is now almost ooc. House is in wilson's words now a 'sadist' and it made my heart ache so much for Cuddy :'(
Started crying when Cuddy just walked into his room during his wedding cause she couldn't take it anymore, and there was just so much hurt in her countenance. God only knows all the memories that came flooding into her head when she stepped into that room (well of course that is IMO) sigh. But whatever it is, LE was brill as cuddy in pain + all the conflicting emotions.
Damn, you cannot subject me to so much pain DS.
But is it wrong if I actually did enjoy all the shenanigans house got up to? (Segway in the hospital, monster truck, his snark) because this part of house feels sorely lacking thus far this season.
The cast has been stellar so far, gives me so much luv cause they are the only saving grace from the crappy plot line and writing. But I was just thinking this morning that perhaps, this is House lashing in a way he hasn't because Cuddy meant the world to him; that he is experiencing so much hurt this is the only way he knows how to deal with it.
3 weeks' hiatus and I hope things get put into perspective. Might be the only time I am remotely glad for a break.
