Screw British Literature, I'm on a meta-fandom high. Been reading some of faithwood 's old meta posts, as well as reading (and participating for the first time, omg, I'm usually more of a just plain stalker) frayach 's more recent stuff. It's like... you know when you're reading a good book and you get so immersed in it that when you stop reading, you're surprised to find yourself in the real world? Well, this is like that, but there are other people there, too. dglkjhmb! *flails* *flails some more*
Day 14 of happiness: It's a lovely and sunny day (or at least it was except for that half-hour that I biked home, when it rained like it's going out of fashion). Seeing Minna and the boys. Buying Chicago and the Jurassic Park trilogy. Meta-fandom. A lovely new layout and default userpic on LJ.
