Spring is in the air, I can feel it. Season changes are always the most fun.
When I wake up in the morn it is light outside. I'm not used to this. I never feel like sleeping in anymore and thus am left with copious amounts of time. So I surf the web. And watch Saved by the Bell. And then leisurely get ready and am always sososo early for class. Being early is funner than being late, I tell you what.
Today I finished the entire crossword! It was the first time, and I was pretty excited. The other day someone said 'ecru' to me, and I was able to understand what they were talking about. I don't know if I should be proud of that, but I know all the other crossword people will understand my excitement, maybe.
JEREMY FISHER has a new CD. It is pretty good, and I love him, so it makes me glad!
He is playing in Toronto this weekend and I have half a mind to go. I think that's how the expression goes... 'half a mind'? Maybe not. I always get expressions wrong. I went nineteen years saying 'case point', so...
My boots are gross and salt-covered and I wish there was no more slushy snow. I miss grass, who would've thought?
I taught myself to knit, sort of. I suck a lot and I am really slow, but it is fun. I am an old lady, maybe? One day I woke up and said to myself 'I want to learn to knit'. We don't choose our desires, okay?
Norman Chester died. It was really sad, the poor lil' bugger. My dad told me I should get a new hamster to keep me company in my big ol' apartment. His name is Winston and he is pretty gosh darn cute. He doesn't bite me, but he smells a little.
