All things milk related

For a nursing mom, joy is finding nursing bras that fit for under $10! I now have five bras that fit yea!

BTW, I don't usually give Walmart a thumbs up, but I have found them to be very pro-breast feeding. If I want some privacy, I can go to the women's changing room to breast feed Julian. I've done this twice now, and it's perfect. It's alot of fun to also check out Julian in the mirrors. His eyes get so big as he's looking at himself! I might as well do a full update as he had another Dr visit yesterday. He's 11 lbs, and is average sized for a baby of his age. That means that even though he was born early, two months later is he average! He's catching up very quickly! He's holding his head up and working on shoulders and back. He will track objects, and does a bit of smiling (I think). He's begging to Coo a little, working on some AHHHs and OOOOhhhs....getting thoes vowel sounds down. I get up with him about once a night. I've determined that in December I'll start making some baby food for him and freezing it.

I got a BUNCH of clothes from B&C, although they have a girl, they gave me all the gender neutral stuff. And I got from them a play mat thingy with dangling baby toys. They were over for dinner last weekend with their little girl who will be 2 in January. I got out my portable high chair, which attaches to a chair and she loved sitting in it and coloring! I'm so glad I kept it!

Vincent got his cast off, and has a removable splint thingy that he has to wear to school, but at least he can now take a shower! At home he can wear this "cuff and collar" sling thingy that goes around his neck and wrist. It is still quite a bit tender and swollen at the elbow.

I'm looking forward to our house guests this weekend! Maggi and Craig will be down for the sweat and will be staying here with us.
