感動!!!
This past weekend, two of my friends were like "COME ON, COME SPEND THE WEEKEND WITH US" - and at first, it was super hard to ask my parents - because I'm leaving so soon. I asked and I was allowed to go - I intended to see everyone I could before I left, because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to come back to campus...
So, I got to Superior and at about 8:00 or so, Cassie, Caitlin, Emily (blarg - more about them later), Meatwad, Leslie, and Katie came over for the start of a 送別会！(Good-bye Party) Later that night, we headed over to the new Ogata place and there was a party for me already started. (Yuma had his pants on his head already XD) We left there, and went to Mr. Lucky's to play pool - it was $5 an hour!!! The whole night, I had one drink - one shot of Jagermeister. It was $4.00 -- glad I didn't pay. XD Then on Saturday, I met Amanda and Badger (friends from freshman year) and we went to Little Angie's. Then - I ATE AT RED LOBSTER!!! (and it was paid for by Teresa and Cara - not me XD I was princess) After that, UMD had a football game and Cara wanted to go hit on talk to UMD boys. I totally went pee-pee fast in the Kirby center. Rawk. XD
I was really surprised that so many people came and wanted to wish me well. I have felt so separated from people on campus since LAST summer, it was a nice feeling. ^_^ 感動された...
I wasn't happy that Emily, Caitlin, and Cassie were there. They essentially came for Cara and barely spoke a few words to me. I know, I know - it's not like I really LIKE them anyway, but still...why come to a GOODBYE party if you don't care a lick about the person leaving? Because Cara made them, that's why. (sigh) Oh well...I didn't get their addresses down or anything, so they'll get air from me. HA!
Hey - I need some addys to send things from Japan still - if you haven't gotten an e-mail from me (because I forgot to send them to everyone) asking for your mailing addy, send me one. I can send you the addy to send me crap too. XD
Anyway....just thought I'd post about that.
