this is my nursery rhyme

alright, so there's this program called Semagic and it lets you write in your journal and post it in an easier fashion, but for some reason it didn't do that to my last entry. so oh well.

i just realized, i'm really tired of people being easily annoyed. i mean, they are getting so bitter about things and don't know how to joke around. haha, it's annoying how they're annoyed. i remember back in the day we used to gather around someone when they'd get mad, but it's pathetic when we cower away nowadays. no one wants to hang around that crap. geez, people need to learn how to make the best of things and not dangle on it forever and a day. that includes myself (but not only myself)

today was the first day of band camp. after thorton lectured us for over half an hour indoors, we went outside for some basic techniques. about five minutes into it, people start passing out! i think it's cuz they were locking their knees, but man, half of the block was gone within 10 minutes. then we went back inside for music rehearsal...it was alright i guess. could be ten times better, but that's what marching season is for-to improve. thorton wanted us to memorize the beginning of Pirates. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Big Noise was better for some reason. not great i mind you, but better. we got to play with percussion too. that was exciting. for me at least, but then again, i'm actually into band.

we were suppose to get our schedules today, but i couldn't b/c i don't have my shots. boohoo, oh well. i'll just suffer through them. i'm in no hurry to see what classes i have.

a group of people and i ate at CheeBurgerCheeBurger, and at about 1 or so, i suddenly realized...i might have to work. dumbass me. so i rush to work and see my schedule and find out they put me in for 5-8. i felt bad telling them that i had band inbetween that time, but Tracy (my manager) changed it from 12-3 Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So she let me off today, and i went back to cheeburger.

so i thought today would be decent to go check out my brakes since i actually have the money...yeah...it would cost between $1500 to $1800 to get everything done. that's only tires and brakes. i said HELL NO. and yes. then i went back to four more hours of fun with band. i got to take my own group for once instead of lining the field. 1 drill tech compared to 18 kids was a challenge, but Regina came a helped me for a little bit. i was lucky and got a good group who tried really hard, of course, every drill tech probably says that. then again, in almost every group there's at least one slacker. i had two. but that will be fixed in due time. due time.
