Today was our first real soccer game - the last one was a scrimage - against Rivers. It was a great game - the freshmen on our team are AMAZING! Tessa, Emma, Jocelyn, Perry, Katie, Charlotte, Carolina...they're awesome! [ By the way, I don't understand why everyone hates their class. I like every single freshman on my team. Every one, and there are about 10. ] Anyway, so we won and it was the most fun I've ever had at a game ever because Nina (Nigh-na, not Nee-na) spent the entire time dissing their team. As awful as that is, it was hysterical. For example, their goalie was kinda scary looking and had dread locks so Nina goes, "Look at their goalie! She looks like Medusa! She looks like she has freakin SNAKES coming out of her head!" AHAHAHAHAHAHA....wow. Guess you had to be there but OMG it was so funny, I thought our team was going to die from laughing too hard. And off the bench it was fun too. I played pretty well and I even had one breakaway. I missed the goal, but it was a good shot, and I was trying to hurry up and take one because there were defenders closing in on me. The final score was only 3 to 1, but it should have been 7 to 1. Nina and Sydney each had about 3 scoring opportunities that should have been goals.
And did I mention that Marielle made cake for the entire team? *Snickers* and I didn't share it with anyone. *evil laugh*
