A rare treasure
It might be a stretch, but I'm fairly sure I found the stupidest album in the world and I only had to go as far as my mother's car.
Every woman I know who's getting married soon, or is even just imagining their dream wedding, is going to use Pachelbel canon in d. A lovely song, sure, but it's beyond old by now.
This album is called "Relaxing Pachelbel." Everything from the pink lily cover, to the sugary sweet tracks, is an exercise in tooth aches. They don't give you a repertoire of Pachelbel's best works, they only give you Canon in D track after track, all at least eight minutes long, all attemptng to outdo the last in lightheaded faeriness. You've got you harps, your flutes, your synthesizers, and background water rushing just for that added zen.
I'm very close to hating the song altogether. I think this dude said it pretty well:
