I cannot for the life of me get clean templates to install. I have clean templates in all the appropriate areas for all the expansion packs except bon voyage, university, OFB, and Nightlife. None of these should make that much of a difference unless I add one of their subhoods. I keep getting the same 102 character files. It's not that I hate Maxis sims/genetics, but I think it could be neat to have a completely custom neighborhood. It's become this itch that I just cannot scratch and it's driving me crazy.
