Reconstruction on the house is going surprisingly well, now that it's no longer on fire. [ An odd thing to say, but anyone who was at/near the La Guardia house during the perforare shenanigans would know what he's talking about. Some part of that place was practically always on fire. ]
Unfortunately, I don't seem to have escaped the whole affair entirely unscathed. [ Right on cue, restrained coughing, away from the phone. ] Thanks to the need to keep myself and whatever room I was in completely soaking wet, I believe I've caught cold.
Barring that, however, everything's falling back into order at last. Once the house is completely restored, we should be back to normal.
