we had to put chile down.  she was 15.  at least she lived a long time, and now she's not in pain.
she was such a sweet doggy.

softy has run away.  i hope she comes back, but i have a bad feeling. 
my heart is broken, i'm going back to texas, and my two childhood pets won't be there.
