A dream journal of sorts

Look guys, you get to look into my dreams.

I felt myself thinking about where I was, and I could picture my body laying in my room - I knew I was in my room, but all I could see was my body. I just lay still for moments, feeling the tiniest speck of air shift in my little atmosphere. Suddenly, I rolled to the side, and found my sight back within me, just.. I was not within me. The house had illuminated with a grey mist, and in front of me was my body. Was I dead? I didn't see anything of a "silver cord," so in hindsight, maybe I was dead in that dream. Anyway, I decided to roam my house a bit, only to find it completely deserted.

Wait, back up a step, when I first woke up, I asked myself this question.. "Did I do it?" and I walked through the door. In which I screamed, "I DID IT!" Then.. I looked at my body, and thought to myself, "I have to prove it." What did I do next? I re entered my body, "woke up" (I was still dreaming), and then I re entered my body for but a minute, only to roll back out of it. I walked around, did a couple of flips, and noticed my room had changed as well. The walls weren't orange anymore, they were more of a pale white. My closet door had been replaced with the thin japanese style sliding door, paper windows and all; this change was obvious with all the doors in my house as I walked around.

I woke up (literally), looked at the clock, then fell asleep again...

I awoke to the same seperation sequence, but this time, I found myself in an auditorium. The walls were similar to earlier, and there was no ceiling, so moonlight was pouring into the pit floor. It was a massive room in which was divided into two levels of rafters for spectators/students (each set of rafters having its own desk.) The rafters were made of mahogany, the floor was made of marble, and the steps were made of jade. At the center level, jade lamp posts stood near the steps. They didn't actually have a bulb or flame, rather, a turquoise flame danced at the pinnacle, independant of any possible catalyst. The rafters were filled with people of varying ages (I'm guessing 16-25) and they wore dark blue robes etched with intricate silver designs. I couldn't tell you exactly what they were, as I didn't get a chance to see them much at all. I can say, however, that there wasn't a lack of variety in the students. As long as it looked human, your imagination could probally fill in the blanks. It looked very much like something out of a fantasy novel, mist eminent no matter where you looked.

A tiny black haired woman stood in the middle, staring at the floor, eyes closed as if in mourning. I felt like I knew her, and couldn't help but be drawn to her. I approached her, and said to her, "I finally left my body."

"I know," she replied, smiling as looked up at me. Her eyes had no definition - they were pitch black. "How did you do it?"
"I just relaxed... I was trying too hard before."
"Oh? What were you trying before?"
Then I explained to her what I had tried in my attempts to become conscious in the astral body. I've tried just about any mental imaging technique known to man.. which probally didn't work considering I tried making up several of them.
"You did well," she said. "Most people never see through their mistakes."
A man, who actually looked similar to the woman in front of me except with short hair, walked into the auditorium from the second level. Both of us felt drawn to looking in his direction.
"Shin is your student?" I said. Apparently, this is some sort of academy.
"My best student at that," she replied.

She clapped her hands, and suddenly everyone rushed to their desks in silence. I found myself exiting the auditorium as she began her session. A little mischevious part of me tried to "leave" my body there, but then I realized, I had already left it.

I woke up again... then back to sleep...

I was outside of this Auditorium, which, on the outside, looked a lot like Richmond Colleseum. The blue robed people were scattered throughout the short expanse of orchard trees and cobblestone. I was leaning against a wall, just watching it all, and suddenly, a black girl with long, fine hair and flowing crimson robes approached me. She said goodbye and gave me a kiss - a serious kiss. She walked away, I woke up again, fell back asleep, and had a dream involving my house (and in this one, it was normal) and it was just a typical day of arguing with father.

I couldn't help but post it because I remembered quite a few details.
