Went to Pho 79 today with my mother and brother and had imperial rolls with vermicelli. OMG, this is my favorite Vietnamese dish of all time and I haven't been able to eat it in 12 years, since it's not vegetarian. I wish I could eat it everyday. Especially with that diluted fish sauce with the shredded carrots in it. I like the way the Vietnamese do egg rolls compared to the Chinese. OM NOM NOM
I will have to try Pho next time, because it's an absolute crime that I've never had it before.
