(no subject)
I spent most of this afternoon cleaning up dog vomit. :( For reasons unknown to me, Cyrene decided today would be a good day to throw up everywhere. Thankfully, her stomach seemed to calm down this evening for dinner. She's been acting fine all day today, so I wasn't too worried, though.
I went to Target today and I saw this guy wearing bright yellow pants.
I realized that I when I was coming up with summer plans, I left some stuff out.
(New) Summer Plans:
1. Start COMLEX review (I'm going to try to review my entire first year of med school in 8 weeks. FUN!).
2. Cooking: Okay, Monday I'm going shopping and buying ingredients I need for my upcoming dishes that I'm going to try. I'm starting in Africa first, and since there are so many countries, I'll be doing 6 dishes. Then I'm heading into the Middle East, working my through Asia + Australia (I've broken it down into 4 zones, 3 dishes from each), over to the Americas (North, Central and South) and ending in Europe (I think I also broke this down into two to three zones). I have decided that I'm going to do creme brulee for France (and of course an entree), and yes, I will be buying a butane torch just for that reason. lulz
3. SLEEPING!
4. Review OMM from first year.
5. Play some video games. I need to finish Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. Just never got around to it. Then I start Baldur's Gate 2. :) Of course, Sims 2! Probably won't be getting Sims 3 anytime soon.
6. Going to Vegas on July 8th. :D
7. Books: Finish Winters Heart (WoT) , start and finish The 33 Strategies of War, and I'm interested in reading The Prince. I'm also interested in reading mythology, I just haven't decided if I want to do Greek mythology or Mesopotamian stuff...maybe both. That reminds me, I also had 1001 Arabian Nights sitting somewhere, but I can't remember where I put it. :(
8. Dramas: I need to finish: Love Shuffle, Coffee Prince, I am Sam, Lovers in Paris. I want to start: Money Wars...that's about it. I've been so distracted by Family Outing, I haven't watched anything else.
9. I might as well get my annual Matrix and Lord of the Rings marathons out of the way before school starts again
There so much stuff I want to do and only 8 weeks to do it all in. So sad.
