Achilles tendonitis has been giving me a fair amount of pain, and had me walking with crutches yesterday.  I'm stretching out, and seem to be on the road back to my regular self.

Still, I'm worried that this is one of the few times my body has just said  "No, I'm just not going to do what you want."  It makes me feel old.  I'm troubled about this happening during one of my wonderful hikes, or God forbid on the Camino.  It is also possible that this might mean that eventually I  am going to die.

What to do?  Stretching, heavy does of glucosamine, more training mileage.  Also never ever dying.  That's the plan.
