So... I just want to own the entire Criterion collection. And the Eclipse series. Although I've watched many Criterion films, the only one I own is Fellini's "8 1/2", which I bought in NYC during the film program (it's a brilliant film, by the way. Full of that metaphysical, autobiographical craziness that I love).
I'm heading to Ithaca tomorrow for orientation. I'll be back Wednesday evening.
In terms of productivity, yesterday was great. Cam, Eileen, Hannah, Andrea, Cathryn, Anna, Laura, and Sarina all showed up on time. I managed to finish Sarina's role. I probably should've gotten some sleep before the shoot, so I could be more efficient; I was suffering a lack of energy at points. And I do wish I'd had some better things to shoot with such a large cast on hand (it doesn't happen often). But it definitely made me happy and gave me hope for the film's future.
Here's an example of some of the stuff I shot:

Later I had lunch with Rachel B., because we hadn't seen each other for a while. When we got home I went to sleep - Laura and I had planned a shoot for the evening, but we both decided we didn't have the energy. This morning I got a lot of editing done for "Monument".
Today, however, I had an embarrassingly huge lack of energy. I didn't get nearly as much done as I'd hoped I would. Today felt kind of bad as a result of that.
