Microsoft Bob. I bought a copy at a garage sale.
All it has is the jewel case. Repeatedly, jewel case says "By opening this package, you agree to the License Agreement included in this carton."...
...There is no agreement included. I called Microsoft, to ask for a copy of this ambigious/AWOL Agreement. They don't have a copy. I'm told the only way to read it, is to open the case and read the disc.
I'm confused.
I'm gonna ask my Uncle (Contract Lawyer ^^;) if I can be bound to such an agreement... [Ie, 'you must agree to this agreement in order to read this agreement.']
