I buy Creatures 3. I don't like the EULA, so I send them this:

"I do not agree to the terms of the EULA contained within Creatures 3, and would like either a refund for the cost of the product, or reimbursment for the costs of travel incured by returning to the retailer.. The agreement is overly restrictive, and I was not warned of the extent to which it was restrictive on otherwise legal activities before I purchased the product, and traveled an hour home from the retailer."

Okay?.. So, they replied today with:

"Hello from Creature Labs!

Thanks but I am not sure how this has anything to do with us.

If you wish to return something you have purchased from a store, go to the
store and ask them about their returns policy...

Sincerely

Creature Labs"

....So... Did they not read their own EULA before shipping the product?
