This is a literal scene from my dream. I just had it.
Giant character, booming voice. His outfit a souped-up Tron outfit, "Servant woman! (accountant) Where are my loyal subjects?", he guestures to the vast subterranian apartment complex he built and offers for inexpensive rates.
The accountant, a middle aged woman in a more subdued underling uniform, "Well, sir. You have them all annihilated. I havn't sat on any actual furniture in weeks. Ya' know, there's a sale on wonderful couch sets at Dillards.".
The Giant Evil Tron-Overlord looks to another of his dwindling staff, and nods towards the accountant. The staffer escorts her off for annihilation.
