Florence and the Machine
I have a new musical fascination: "Florence and the Machine". I know I'm a bit late to jump on the bandwagon (she's already finished the tour! Waah!) but she's got some seriously fantastic music. I love her wailing and the drums and the macabre lyrics. Girl With One Eye is a favorite of mine, because how many times did I want to cut somebody's heart out? Well, never, but there is meanness in me, sometimes, that makes me into a vengeful harpy. Oh, and "Heavy In Your Arms" sounds fantastic. It's such a depressing song but what a sound. I swear I'll be buying new speakers for my stereo just for Florence.
