VAST!!
So last night we drive to Michigan City to see Vast play at the Blue Chip Casino. We got all the way there and realize, Troy and i forgot our ID's. We couldn't get in so we sat in the lobby and played Rummy while our friends watched the concert. I was so upset i was shaking cause I've always wanted to see VAST live and I wanted to be there with my friends.
Well after the show everyone got pictures with Jon Crosby the founder of Vast, and the whole band signed autographs. Jacob bought Jon a drink and told him about us out in the lobby. So we are all gathered in the lobby when Jon and Tabber( the drummer) came out to meet us and shake our hand. He said he was sorry we missed the show and invited us to their show in Chicago tonight. We asked him about tickets and the cost and they said to come on out and we would get in free. They put my name on the list plus guests. So yeah baby! I'm on the list by personal invitation from Vast. I have died and gone to heaven.
So tonight at 6 I will be in Chicago to see a concert I have dreamed of seeing for years. All because I forgot my ID.
