"Laws are one thing, social taboos are another, and if the sole reason for retaining a law is to reinforce a social taboo, then I guess we're admitting that churches. families, and other institutions of cultural value transmission aren't doing their job properly. Ok, that's true, but let's fix them instead of abusing the law by making it perform an un-libertarian role."
