Life...
Hey guys...
I've been MIA lately, the past couple months have been insane. Between my grandad getting a bad car accident and me and Todd getting H1N1 we've been so busy... But I'm back and ready to catch up on some LJ action.
Work has been going well... Interesting changes to the budget for this fiscal year of course. At least we're getting a little bit of WakeShare this year. It quieted down a lot around Halloween but by now it's prolly starting to pick back up... This is my 4th day off, yay! But back tomorrow night.
Todd's writing a research paper... He's doing really well in school and his financial aid FINALLY came through, plus some scholarships so yay!! Money will still be a problem but not nearly so much.
Logan is good... Had his annual vet visit for shots and stuff Thursday and did SO good with it! For a while I thought I had a different dog because he was so good! Wanted to go behind the desk and see everybody, and walked by another dog without going nuts! Amazing! So proud of the little boy.
Had a DCCB concert yesterday for Vet's day, we played some patriotic stuff at the VA hospital in Durham. I tell ya, I'm so glad I joined because it has been an awesome experience, and it's only been a couple months. It's exactly what I need! Made some awesome friends and get to play my instrument and do what I love, and do some good in the world. It's just awesome.

I guess that's about it... Just hanging in there as the holidays roll in... Hope everyone's doing good these days!
