Still picking away at the
sunrise shawl. At the Ravelry get-together this afternoon I realized that one of the reasons I'm a little reluctant to work on it is because I keep putting it down for other projects and losing the feel for it. Every time I pick it back up again the fineness and fiddlyness (fiddliness?) of the yarn and the slipperiness of the needles makes me tense all up and slow way down, and I rarely have enough time in one block to really get back into it. I think sitting and knitting for three hours at a stretch helped.
Of course then I realize that when I finish this ball of yarn I'll only be halfway done. Unless I decide to make half a shawl.
