So, I had to fill out the hourly rate and over-all earnings on my own time sheet this week, due to the holiday crunching our turn-in time, and that meant I got a look at the hourly rates of my dear co-workers here at the USC LGBT Center, and noticed some interesting trends

I'm thinking next semester I'm going to apply to a different department for work study! I don't know how I'd really prove this as discriminatory, and I don't know exactly who's the one who decides the wage-rates, but if it's Vincent then the boy has two counts on my shitlist. I'm not too impressed with the way he handles things... :/
