Yes, she'll end up with Simon, and I love that, but I think she likes men far too much not to appreciate a wonderful Lestrade when he walks in the door. And he certainly deserves some appreciation. (Also, I just think they'd be beautiful together!) What happens in the Thousand Faces stays at the Thousand Faces, right? *wink*

I have so much love for this. I used to do the same thing years ago, imagine all my favorite characters meeting up for some down-time and sharing a little teasing, comfort, and inspiration. It's a nice dream, and you've written it so charmingly. And I couldn't believe some of the references you put in there! When you pulled out Illya Kuryakin, and then G'Kar, I thought, wow, I didn't think anyone else in the world had those people still living in the corners of their heads. How lovely. And the little tribute to Edward Hardwicke was very heartwarming. Thanks so much!
