Augh, John's side would be wrenching, wouldn't it? Two patients, and one doctor who wished he could be with both at once. GAAAH indeed!

I squealed out loud at how wonderful this is. Also you don't see much of Sally in fics and its even rarer to see nice sally whilst still keeping to character, so that was particularly lovely.
