Batten Down the Hatches
As of 17:00 AST little Tropical storm Kyle grew up and became a Catagory 1 hurricane. I don't expect that it will gain any further strength because it is over colder water now, but you never know.
Kyle's trajectory is right up the Bay of Fundy. Fortunatly, it looks like it will miss Chez Abby for the most part, and make landfall near St. John shortly after midnight tomorrow. Again, this is not cast in stone, because it could always shift a degree or so. Anyway, we are ready if the juice goes out (as it frequently does around here)
It looks like a lot of rain, though.
