How to Save 6Music & Asian Network
I've been poking through the actual Review itself (here) and I kep running up against... well one of their stated five priorities of Putting Quality First is "Inspiring knowledge, music and culture" and yet they're shutting 6Music? and the Asian Network? Neither of which promote music or culture AT ALL and neither of which provide services that are impossible to find elsewhere.
*sighs*
Still I haven't read the whole report yet obviously. It could have good things in it somewhere? Theoretically.
It's all kind of crazymaking and so to end on happier note for anyone likely to be in or around London this month (and I'm trying to figure out when one arth I could go :-S)
The Sanderson hotel are doing a special Mad Hatter's Afternoon Tea throughout March!
