Oh, I just. It was SO GOOD. And I want to go again. ... NOW. And really, I mean, it was just EVERYTHING EVER. And worked so well! And it's like the scene in the classroom with Dakin and Irwin in History Boys, where they're literally on opposite sides of the room but the tension, the emotion, is so great, despite the distance. My heart was beating out of my chest at times tonight!
I thought so *g* I spent almost as long picking it as writing the actual post I fear.
And that is a VERY good comparison with Dakin and Irwin, if it can be done it's amazing how a bit of physical distance can somehow ramp up the emotion and tension (though that's not to say my heart wasn't beating out of my chest at other moments too, by the door particularly and also when Alex was saying that thing at the end *is deliebrately vague*)
