Oh Lark Rise to Candleford you are the absolute perfect show for Sunday evening ♥

Laura is so very... idealistic? Naive? Oh Daniel you really oughtn't to make promises and then break them especially to your girl's mother! But maybe my cynicism is going to be proved wrong? (unlikely)

I loved this episode! The feeling of everything being just a little out of kilter was so beautifully done and it gave Mark Heap the absolute perfect showcase <3 Nobody does repressed emotion quite as well as he does and then makes me love him more when he was curled up by the tree crying ♥ And I just love Margaret and Thomas and how Margaret is really blossoming. It makes me so happy :D

And Minnie *points to post subject* that little train of logic seemed so convoluted and then when she finished I just wanted so much for there really to be food parcels from the sky just for her ♥

But yes. A good episode all round.

And the preview makes me wonder... a wife? Alfie's Nan was still missing but do they mean her? Or Ruby maybe? Or someone I can't think of right now :-S and OH MINNIE a baby is not a thing to keep secret! And Edmund and Alfie *looks at certain people*

Generally I just kind of love this show LOTS and wish it had a fandom so I could have screencaps and icons and stories and vids and lots of discussion <3

(whereas Being Human, much as I love it, really doesn't feel right for Sunday evenings which is probably why I forgot it was on *hides* thank goodness it gets repeated seemingly twice a day for the next week :P)

Today was nice. We sang an anthem at church that an ex-member of our chour had written for us so that was rather lovely and then had a family lunch for miretne's birthday followed by some of her rather fabulous birthday cake *g*

And then home and collapse and TV (we're watching some Top 50 comedy catchphrase thing right now)

ps. I might have some new icons from my other new shiny <3

tv, being human, lambliff, miretne, the abbey, choir, lark rise to candleford
