When is Mont Ventoux ever not epic?
I'm still shaking. And I mean actually properly shaking *attempts to remember to breathe*

That was... I just don't have the words. I mean third was out of reach but as he yoyo'd off the back I was so terrified and those last few metres I was SCREAMING and 3 seconds. THREE SECONDS he holds it by.
For the first time EVER I'm glad they don't race on the last day. And I love that there are no time bonuses! And BLOODY HELL BE CAREFUL OF SPLIT IN THE PACK TOMORROW WIGGO!

I hoped Tony Martin might manage the win after he and Garate held on like that but Garate's older and wiser and I think stronge on the day but those two were just amazing to hold on on the Ventoux! And Pellizotti up there defending his KoM title :D
I mean if Lance had cracked it would have made my Tour but there you go :-S
Andy Schleck was the strongest on the day I think but Alberto Contador was always right there with him, they're deserving of 1st and 2nd, and I guess Armstrong is just to wise and savvy still.
