You know I'm half terrified to say this in an actual post in case it stops next week but it looks to me as if HIGNFY have deliberately made the effort to have at least one woman in every episode. And sad as it is that that should be something to celebrate I really am very happy to see it because, as mentioned before in my LJ, it's something that worries/upsets me about many panel shows.

Of course I prefer it when it's a woman who isn't Julia Hartley-Brewer but that's just personal taste I guess.

I mean seriously does she actually think that John Prescott dig s funny? Except I suppose people still laugh at it and it makes me so mad because it's never been funny. BAH

On the otherhand Andy Hamilton was, as always, fabulous and Rolf Harris did a "can you tell what it is" round and ♥ (could have lived without the bitch joke probably but there you are, I'm a humourless feminist)

They were pretty good on all the expense crap considering how bored I am of it. The guy claiming for Private Eye was genius and Alan Duncan does like proving he's just as much of a prat as we've always known...

Plus later there was a didgeridoo :D:D:D

Also Ian had a fab tie on, I liked Paul's shirt and Julia's necklace was rather gorgeous and sparkly too (being shallow for a moment).

Novelty hosts can be a bit hit and miss but generally I think Rolf was more hit than miss.

(though can someone explain to me how Ian and Andy lost despite getting BOTH of the picture round questions?)

feminism, hignfy
