(no subject)
I know yesterday I was raving about Othello and how exciting it is but today? Oh today I am looking even FURTHER ahead to Waiting for Godot and Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart and Simon Callow and Ronald Pickup and really could you ask for a better cast? And Ian and Patrick were just on The Culture Show and they're so... they're so THEM I suppose and it's all about their relationship and they seem to tease each other and respect each other and it just makes me so very gleeful (even if that is nearly two months away for me).
In other Culture Show news tonight Mark Kermode announced his Kermode Awards and he, yet again, won all my love and admiration because he recognises HSM3 for what it is and gave Ashley Tisdale his Best Supporting Actress Award ♥ He also, incidentally, gave Best Screenplay to Son of Rambow which was rather happymaking.
Today has ened much better than it started generally.
Though CSI was kind of a wobble in mood, very good but not cheerful. Also I really wanted tikiberry here to confirm the translations :P
CSI 906- Say Uncle
I... they're setting Grissom up for a fall aren't they? Well that's a disingenuous question really as the guy's leaving at some point so clearly there's going to be a reason but I don't like Grissom questionning himself and his rle so much :-s
Still I'm probably with him on the not wanting to solve it.
Riley wins points for not taking the kid's testimony at face value but loses LOTS for pulling her gun and for interviewing the kid alone. Still I suppose she's meant to be at least a grade or two down o Nick isn't she? So maybe she'll learn...
In entirely shallow and unspoileryness... Greg's looking good at the moment isn't he? *g*
