I do quite love Sunday evening TV at the moment *g*

Inreverse order...

I LOVE this show *g* Though I really did believe for one heartstopping moment that George was going to leave him there.

I suppose that's what the show's going to keep doing, take George and/or Mitchell to the brink and then bring them back again (and I hope they always come back though OH MITCHELL I did not like next week's preview :-S)

The thing is they do the comedy well but they do the rest well too so the scene with Annie and Tully made my skin crawl with fear and horror and then the idea of Michell in Casablanca made me grin hugely.

Oh and is Annie a slasher then do we think? *g* I love how we get moments between each of the three and all of the three actually. Believable friends again (and George's little "hello I'm George and I'm a werewolf", why did that feel so very intimate? IDK)

Dean Lennox Kelly is awsome, though I'll be glad if we don't see him again soon I think.

And then some spoiler space for those who watch one and not the other I suppose.

The other shiny thing about Sunday evenings is Muffins and Crumpets and tea (Christmas Tea tonight <3) which is always rather yummy. Though I was amused they were advertising a recipe for griddle scones after Lark Rise tonight.

Is that enough?

I do just always come away feeling warm and cosy and loved and just generally happy and that's a lovely thing from TV generally.

I guessed they were letters for Minnie not Laura pretty quickly but it was a good storyline all the same (though have we really seen the last of Minnie's stepfather? :-S)

I love Dorcas' trust in Laura, and her repeatedly telling her so, it reminded me of the story Dorcas told about her father leaving her in charge. And Luara did really rather brilliantly considering all the unusual things that went wrong too!

I also loved Dorcas trying to protect Laura from heartache or alternatively staking her territory, hands off my girl! even if Laura has to learn it herself. And he's a rather lovely man I think so occasionally the good ones do stick around.

My love for the Pratt sisters grows and grows. Pearl does TRY so very hard to do what's best (and Ruby really did look very pretty in that blue *g*) ♥

James Dowland has still not done anythingto redeem himself in my eyes but at least he hasn't gotten any worse (and I didn't see last week remember) which I suppose I should be thankful for considering this really does appear to be a romance *sighs*

being human, lark rise to candleford
