(no subject)
Aren't lazy Saturdays bliss?
I'd sort of forgotten this whole thing of actually having nothing to do... (well that's a lie, I have plenty of things I need to do but they're not happening today because today is for resting and recharging)
Anyway.
Just finished reading all the fic in the connotations con zine (thank you to all the authors, they're all wonderful stories and considering I actually know very few of the fandoms involved (um... The State Within and... actually possibly that's it...) they're all very good at making the characters and stories clear enough that I can follow *g*)
Also, and this is actually from last week, have a fic rec:
Lost in the Deep by Gaby A.
It's a Pride & Prejudice/Persuasion/Hornblower crossover (I love Age of Sail fandoms <3) and it's het (I know, shock horror :P)
It's the story of Georgiana Darcy and Horatio Hornblower's courtship... sort of. There are adventures at sea and misunderstandings and you also get to see Lizzie (P&P) and Anne (Persuasion) get their happy endings which makes me very happy.
