Having caught up on LJ and the News in general I wonder if my getting sick was just an unconscious reaction to the news that Bernard Kohl doped during the Tour as well... probably not because I sort of knew it was coming after Schumacher but still it's rather disheartening because his Tour really looked quite inspirational in places :(
L'Equipe says he's the 7th and final Tour rider to be found guilty of doping, lets hope they're right hey? (in other news Lance may ride the Giro and not the Tour which rather knocks the wind out of my sails a bit, we shall see)
Anyway. After a longish nap (with the cat who makes a great hot water bottle but tends to twitch a lot when he's asleep and dreaming) and two more cups of tea my headache has mostly vanished and I'm feeling much more human which is good.
