FOUR STAGES
Yes I realise there is quite a big time gap between the last post and this one but I am mostly caught up now and still in a state of shock and joy over just how speedy Mark Cavendish really is an how happy pictures like this:

Not to mention (slightly late in the day) this one
(which I nabbed from blue_ant's fantabulous picture posts.
Team Columbia are having a great Tour, as are Garmin-Chipotle, and Cav has won FOUR stages (are we all counting them?) in his second Tour and I remember barely two years ago (less than) watching him ride as a stagiare for T-Mobile and thnking in 5 years he'd be on top of the world. Turns out I was being awfully pessimistic...
Also, much as I think Cadel would be a worthy winner and I'll be happy if he does win, there are 5 rdiers within a minute of the Yellow Jersey and Cadel's lead is 1second going into the Alps and I'm finding this Tour rather thrilling *g* and no amount of crap, it turns out, is going to dampen my enjoyment of the rather fantastic cyling from the teams I trust.
Also I can't wai for the Olympics...
