Dear Sarah,
No really, you're perfectly aware that the Victoria Line doesn't run in the evenings at the moment. It was entirely your own fault you got stuck.
No love,
The you who is now exhausted from late night/early morning

I hate trains sometimes, have I mentioned that recently?
So last night went on rather longer than planned and not just ebcause of the trains. The WILTY filming too nsomething around 2.5 hours, nearly 3 actually now I come to think of it, and I have NEVER seen so many people walk out of a filming to "catch the last train" :-S Felt really rather sorry for all the panellists. Mostly I felt sorry for poor Lee Mack who... well I'll cut for "spoilers" I guess :P
Well guests-wise it was... David Mitchell had Vic Reeves and Shane Ritchie both of whom were great in different ways. Shane has great stories and plus, as an actor, is really rather good at the whole lying thing (but less good at guessing) where as Vic is so crazy it's pretty much impossible to tell truth from lies.
Poor Lee on the otherhand had this guy called Rhys Thomas who was completely unknown to me (feel free to enlighten me!) and the best thing I can say about him was he was wearing Five's jacket! (as in Doctor Who, do I ened to specify that?). Lee's other guest was *shudders at the memory* Tara Palmer Tomkinson and she was really not great and not with it and I'm fairly sure she had a drink/soemthing else during the break in the middle and...
Have any of you ehard of those metal corsets that appeared on various A-Listers over the alst month or so? Because she was wearing on. It looked AWFUL, cinching her waist in so tightly it was unnatural and it can't have been comfortable and you can't even see it behind the desks... Of course perhaps her idiocy and ditziness can be blamed on an inability to breathe in that torture instrument.
Um. It went on quite a long time and poor Angus seemed quite to give up all hope or care by the end. On the otherhand it is very nice to see him because he is really rather good at hosting these things (oh I miss him, I love HIGNFY now I really do but oh I do still miss him ♥) Also he was quite odd when they talked about Meg Ryan on parkinson and was all defensive of her but then he hadn't been on Parky and it turned out Shane, Vic and David all had and maybe he was just jealous (?)
Um. I don't want to tell you about the games in case people actually do watch it. Tara was very bad and it turned out one of her "truths" was wrong on the card so it sort of actually was a lie and that kind of set the tone.
Lee had to make up a joke about Ronald Reagan on the spot and was sort of cross about it although actually he was really quite funny so it didn't matter.
OH I KNOW when they had a break Lee came over to take to David and stood behind him and totally was going to put his hands on his shoulders only then someone else talked to him but he really was going <333 Really the Lee/David (even if it's Lee&David) are what make this show because they smile at each other a lot and Lee wanted David to have written a book called "The Lonely Lighthouse" and it was quite great.
Butit did go on FOREVER.
This comes out from under the cut.
We all suck. Completely.
David Mitchell has only ever had ONE gift from a fan and it was socks and it wasn't even socks he's wear!
I feel a great urge now to think of good presents to send him for Christmas because surely he has better fans than that *cuddles him*
