Just in case anyone missed this on twitter there's a new fanfic tinylitter (aka a newsletter) called The Rec Center and it's first issue came out today and it looks pretty good.
It's been put together by Elizabeth Minkel & Gavia Baker-Whitelaw (aka Hello Tailor) and I had one brief rush of oh metafandom how I do miss you when I read through its contents *g*
(I mean it's mostly focussed on fanfiction & it also includes a whole bunch of fic recs which is interesting in a multifandom venture but if you want to keep on top of the latest/biggest articles about fanfiction I think it's going to be pretty useful)
In other news I have either pulled something in my neck/shoulder or the lovely problem I was having with pain there has returned and either way I am DREADING trying to get into London tonight but the lure of Bill Connolly is enough to overshadow that and I can totally have a large glass of wine when I get there which I'm sure will help *pointedly doesn't look at today's headlines*
