Rainbows all done for the term \o/ Well a bit sad but I have to say they were so hyper it'll be quite nice to have a rest *g*
TDF 2011: Stage 16 Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux - Gap
THOR! Thor Hushovd just won ANOTHER mountain stage and omg he's really growing as a rider isn't he? I know people are assuming he'll leave Garmin Cervelo next year but it looks to me like they've been pretty fabulous for him!
And today was the stage of the Norwegians with Thor and Edvald Boasson Hagan 1st & 2nd and the Ryder Hesjedal who is Canadian but with Norwegian ancestors in 3rd...
And then we have the GC which, well, apparently the Schlecks really couldn't give anymore than they did in the Pyrenees! Totally amazed they both cracked like that. I mean it's still possible for either of them to podium/win but it's not looking great with Cadel and Sammy Sanchez closing on them at a rate of knots...
Very please Tommy D is holding onto his 9th place <3 Another Garmin success story!
Oh and my other favourite thing about this stage? the Schlecks finished LESS THAN A MINUTE ahead of Cav! Because they kind of epically suck and Cav was AMAZING.

I haven't really posted any "typical Tour de France" shots so here's one of my favourite of the staples from today:
