Biking: the aftermath
Okay, I was hurting quite a bit last night and thought today would be horrible, but it turns out trying to walk to the bathroom at one am was the worst. I seriously felt like i was going to collapse and I finally just took some Advil and tried to get to sleep. This morning, my legs don't feel that bad, though I admit I have not done any kind of full test of this.
