I just exclaimed "JESUS!" in a fit of rage while on the phone with my ultra-religious mother. On Good Friday. She has never heard me say that before, I try to keep cursing limited to "aww crap," or the occasional "shit!" around her. Let alone on Good Friday.
Fuuuuccckkkkk. I KNOW it had to have upset her. She also knew how upset/surprised I was when I said it, which is why there wasn't a reaction while I was talking with her, but I guarantee that she is very upset right now.
I'm not religious, but still, I don't like upsetting people for no good reason. Man I wish I could take it back. "FUCK!" would have been a much better word, the wrath from that would be much better than the hurt I'm sure I caused.
