"I've had the time of my life!"
So the last three days have gone by so quickly - so much happened and now I have to study? WHAT?
Wednesday night was jolly good fun as we partyed in Megan's room and stayed out til 3 in the morning, even though we all had 9:30 classes for the last day...
I woke up with a pretty bad headache and somehow convinced myself I should still go to my 9:30 class (I guess cuz it was my only class of the day) and my teacher was nice, she went over the last few points and talked about our exam and then let us leave!! Only a half hour class - so then I took a nap and Kate and I watched Lost - CRAZYINESS - what is going on with this mother-fucking island?!
Katie, Kate, Maggie and I spent our last thursday together - probably one of our best!! Eating candy from the S-exchange, watching Dead Poet's Society - got free t-shirts and watched the Homebrew eating brewster's ice cream
Also, went to the cast party and watched the DVD - it was great revisiting the show and seeing/laughing at things as if for the first time!
We enjoyed some Arbor Mist later (how very.... girly?) and tried to watch Grey's Anatomy although we started in the middle and were very confused by Addison suddenly leaving - we ran around campus, acting very silly on very little alcohol
Then on friday morning, Maggie made us all get up really early so we could get as close as we could to see the Queen (yeah, that's right: OF ENGLAND) - because we couldn't get those special tickets for up close :-(
We got there around 11:30 and managed to get as close as we could without tickets... and then proceeded to amuse ourselves - Maggie taking pictures of... well I'd rather not say and we bonded with the people standing around us: a nice mother of a freshman boy, Peter, in the Gentlemen of the College and this tall black man who asked lots of questions about William and Mary.
Then around 1:30, these two drunk sorority girls pushed all the way up in front of us and they were talking obnoxiously loud on their cell phones - we all were very mad for coming an hour before the Queen and getting the same spot we did when we'd been waiting for like 4 hours. finally, Peter's mother told them off and asked them to leave - after much drunken arguing, they finally did!! and we basically applauded her!
The Queen finally came and we all enjoyed the ceremony, short and sweet. She was very cute in her large hat and purplish pinkish dress. Maggie took pictures and they all came out pretty well
Afterwards, my legs were so sore, I just wanted to relax and watch TV - I pretty much did just that!
Today has proven to be not particularly productive - I did a little bit of Econ, but other than that - I cannot motivate myself to work!!! so bad!! I really should go read some more and try to actually work on some Econ problems!!!
