Wedding update
I'm 36 weeks away from my wedding 249 days away...
Things that I have or that have been done:
I have my venue booked
I have a caterer
The DJ/MC
The songs I want played at the reception
The fabric for the BM's dresses and MOH, the patterns as well,
Part of the fabric for my dress and the drawing of it...(all has been given to my seemstress which is one of my BM's)
I have my flowers for my bouquet they are silk and the bouquet holder
I have my hair pins not wearing a veil
I have most of all the stuff to make my jewelry which my seemstress is making
I have a photographer
I have the laterns for my centerpieces
I have done my save-the-date which i'm mailing next week
I have my wedding band
I have found the hotel I want to block rooms at
I have found the cake we want and a persone to make it
We both have picked our wedding party
He has found the tux he wants to wear
I have our toasting Flutes and cake cutters
I have my HPs to do our Handfasting/wedding ceremony
Things I need to do:
I cant make up my mind on if i want to buy or make my invites
and if i make them how i want to do it
I have to get my crinoline and dye it
Book our honeymoon or talk to FFIL about booking it he's sending us as a wedding gift
Find 5 plain toasting flutes and get them engraved for my parents and FH parents and stepmom (my MOH is working on this)
Meet with my caterer to see the options i have to pick from as far as flowers go
Find the rest of the fabric for my dress
Order my shoes and the BM's shoes
Get the silk flowers for the BM's and MOH'S bouquets
Get my garter
Get a vase to put on our table for my bouquet
Figure out what i want to do as far a favors...ideas: Candy station, Little jars of red and orange candies, CD of wedding songs played during reception i can't figure out which one to do
Book the block of hotel rooms
Figure out the order of the songs i want played
Find and order FH wedding band
Figure out what song I want played for my march to the alter
Get the cords for the Handfasting
Get something like small candle holders in red or orange to put over the LED lights in the lanterns so they arn't so over whelmingly bright b/c right now they are blinding..lol
Figure out how i want my hair and make-up and find a person to do both
i have an idea for the girl to do my make-up
I'm sure I'm missing things anyone have any suggestions or ideas....
